Recently i have been having horribly nightmares that feel so vivid. The first time it was me killing my self because of my my problems with my father. But now it’s been happening more frequently and that all start off with an argument with my father and no one believing what I say. Everyone in my family starts yelling at me and saying it’s my fault until I wake up crying

Hmm, it sounds like to me your dreams are trying to tell you something. Sometimes whenever I have dreams about my problems it's a sign for me to get them resolved. I think I've also read somewhere that suppressed feelings may come in the form of dreams also.
Just remember that dreams are dreams, they are not real and that they do not have to dictate your life. As distressing as they can be, find ways to recuperate after them, take deep breaths, pull yourself to the present, and then slowly, as you're comfortable, question its meaning in your life or anything you can do to combat the harmful beliefs born from the dreams. It takes time and the more resolve you get, the easier they dissipate.
As a side note, I want you to know that not everything is your fault, and if your family is telling you that it is always your fault, they are wrong. Hold on, be true to yourself when no one else believes you, and be strong!
