they’re always on my mind, i’ve stalked their social media’s, i love every second of talking to them. i even yelled at my parents for them wanting to move away from where i live because i live near them. i want to be near them. but i want to stop, this isn’t healthy, i need help.

The first step to solving a problem is being aware that there is, in fact, a problem.
So bravo! You know that’s a problem and you’re willing to change.
Sometimes obsessions can drive us insane.. but a good way to cope with them is by diverting them into something good and worthwhile.
For instance, find something equally interesting and you know can take your mind off “them”, even if temporarily.
Obsessions usually take their time before dying down..but its on you to not let it get out of control.
You know you have a problem with this, try to coax yourself every now and then to not let this control your life.
Convince yourself that you’re far more interesting; and that your life holds a far greater meaning.
ReplyOk one I dont think you are a stalker its on the internet anyone can view it now if you are being mean while watching them then I could consider that a stalker
