I'm angry, frustrated and exhausted
I'm the eldest daughter. So I'm technically the third parent and my parent's emotional support. I'm the one every one leans on whenever they need anything: home...
You need to care about your needs, instead of shaping your life according to how others think.
It is YOUR life after all so if you can get a tech job in your country go do it. If you can get a tech job online go do it.
If you need money now, you should just get a job, even if it is not a tech job for now.
Who cares what jobs are you doing during the corona time?
If you truly don't want people to worry for you, just make sure you are working on something and get paid. That's enough!
People change their job all the time
ReplyYou couldn’t have seen this coming, none of us did. Do not blame yourself for these things. There will come a time for your plans. Any job is better than none, and all are respectable. Do what you must for work until the time comes to go
ReplyYour decisions aren’t regretful to me at all, what you did was your choice and it was suitable for you during that particular time. However, when the corona virus hit, everyone went jobless. You’re not alone in this, I can assure you. Yes you may feel embarrassment and humiliation but so what? Having no income won’t mean the end of the world I promise you, during this hard time I want you to really reflect on your core values. What do you believe in? What excites you? What drives you? Write them down, plan out something — anything! Whatever can get you back on your gears because you can utilise this hopeless time to your advantage in finding some light. I know it’s very tough but writing your experience here on Novini showcases that you’re already reflecting! Don’t stress so hard, your income or job will be the last thing on your mind when you die. As cliche as it sounds, find some time for yourself. See if you can find yourself new hobbies, try to get a part time job if you can for income if the government isn’t giving out income for help but I believe that every human has the potential to find their own light, some find it, some strive for it, some back away from it, some don’t see it, some don’t take the opportunity being too distressed but this world will always be temporary as we know it. Your pain is also temporary and you and I could die tomorrow, even right now. When you stand on top of the mountain you’ll see that you worries are so so small in comparison to your individuality as a living organism.
Replyhi Dear,
I know its really tough to manage in situations when you have given your best all your life and then due to something this unpredictable like COVID things don't turn up your way.
But trust in yourself and your capability. you are really strong and amazing to pick yourself up and take yourself to a better phase during these times. Nothing outside is stronger than you yourself....
This all might sound cliche but you have studied from one of the best institutes and had an opportunity to work in Japan, all on your efforts. Your friends haven't faced what you have.. so let's not focus on them.. Learning is a forever process and every decision will make you better -wise.
Start with baby steps.... re brushing the basics... trying for jobs you want to do... taking care of yourself and above all trust yourself.. Good times are on the way.. and you are worthy of all happiness!!
Take care.!!
