Why am I so nervous

It's okay to be jealous once in a while. If I understood correctly, your friend got most of the attention. Most of everyone yearns for attention, and when we don't get it we feel down. Attention is what makes us feel alive, loved...But you have to understand that sometimes one person gets more attention than the other. That's just how the world works. For example, take a parent with two kids, they can't pick favorites, but maybe one kid is feeling depressed. The parent is obviously going to be protective, but that doesn't mean they don't love you. So my advice to you, is to don't worry about being jealous because (A.) Its normal, and (B.) Everyone wants the attention, you're not the only one.
ReplyMaybe because you need help for your crazy jealousy and she got help instead. You should go get help next.
