She talks in murmurs and walks slightly crouched
She whispers to herself constantly
She goes blank faced when you talk to her
Please I need help and advice.
She smiles randomly
She laughs at nothing
Her breathing has become rapid
She acts like a wounded cat when you touch her
Please help

Be there for her, mostly to listen. Empathy is hard to come by in this world.
ReplyIf she really has schizophrenia, then if you think she is at her 'normal' phase it is best to talk to her about it, for her to be aware of it (if she isn't), and that she could decide about seeking professional help. Schizophrenia has phases and when a person is on the 'active' phase they are not aware of it. It is best, that someone is looking after her. When you think she is most likely to be a danger to herself or others, you have to inform her family. Please don't be scared. She needs help.
ReplyThis isn't a medical site. Try to make sure she sees a doctor or psychiatrist if she hasn't done so.
