During the Thanksgiving Day parade, my husband and I saw John Legend on the television and I pointed out how John does a lot of these holiday events. My husband added that it has been such a hard year for him and his Chrissy losing their baby. I couldn’t help but think, they already have two babies....I don’t have one. We have been together seventeen years and you can’t even overcome your own selfishness enough to even try to start a family. But yes, this woman that is only two years older than me losing her THIRD baby is the real tragedy. I wish he could see his own wife’s pain sometimes.

Men can be quite stupid and ignorant at times when it comes to women. This reminds me of a friend who was with her bf watching TV. She was 61 and he was 59 and it was a short time after she had found her adult son dead on her lounge. Someone came on the TV who had recovered from cancer and the bf said how sad it was that the person had had cancer. My friend then said, "What about me having my son die." She meant that this person had fully recovered from cancer and was alright while she was grieving for her son. Anyway, this developed into an argument and he opened a can of beer and tipped it all over her head. This shows how uncaring men can be.
