Obviously you feel low when you overthink about something that triggers you the most when you constantly worry about past and future when you cant handle that loneliness. To overcome feeling low is to stop all those negative action of yours and just believe that whatever is happening or has happened is making you learn some great lessons of life that you are avoiding in just feeling bad for these temporary sad emotions if you deeply think you are being strong gradually giving the toughest exams and know the practicality of life face it don't be so weak its your examination conducted by the supreme power and you have to score highest in it.βΊ
