I don't understand my ex husband. He would play this mind games and tell his narrative which are lies and half truths. For 10years I stayed with him not seeing his true behaviour but it was right in front of my eyes. I moved out last week on the reason that we are divorced and not supposed to be staying together. We have been divorced for 6 months but in the beginning he wanted me to stay because he was having depression and I stayed. And now I found out he has been seeing our neighbour for the past 8 months, even before the divorce, which I think he planned it from the start. He also lies about me, saying I am sleeping with other guys when I moved in to my own place last week. When obviously I am not. What the hell is wrong with him.

Not enough information. For starters - just assuming there are no children in this marriage.. which is usually a good thing when the marriage ends in divorce.
You might never know "what the hell is wrong with him". The critical thing is: you already know he lies and that he hid from you the fact that he got involved with your neighbor.. even before the divorce. At this point it's up to you to decide if his behavior is within your boundaries.
As for whether you are sleeping with other guys... as a rehabilitated control freak I can say that it is super damn hard giving up control of something we once controlled... and perhaps he once had control of your body, so it will probably be something of a withdrawal experience for him to give up not controlling that anymore. Safety first... keep your life private... surround yourself with friends who know of your whereabouts constantly... install security cameras at your new home - inside and outside... get a protective dog that barks a lot when anyone knocks at your door... put a GPS locator on your vehicle that your friends can track.. same for your phone. Relocation to a new town always helps after the end of a long relationship.
Best of luck.

Therefore encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing.
