I don't always feel this way. Or think this way. But, there are some days where I get these annoying intrusive thoughts after socialization. I keep thinking, stuff like: Man, I should have said it that way, I should have said this, I forgot to say that, did I seem too much like this or that and ahhhh. It's annoying. I usually shut it down like this: Nobody cares enough to think about what you did in the conversation because they are too busy thinking about themselves and their goals and stuff. If they are thinking too much about me, then I don't need to worry about it anyway because there's not much I can do to change what they may or may not be thinking about me. All I have to do is be the best I can in social situations and stop worrying. And I don't feel this way in actual public anymore that often, it's over zoom that I feel this way the most. And I am on zoom often for classes.
