Uh so I was wondering if this is normal... when I shower my leg's go kinda purple and my capillary refill (how fast your skin goes back to normal colour after pressing it for 5 seconds) is really slow. Mainly it's my feet and knees. I know that it can happen in cold temperatures but it's while I'm showering so when I'm warm... like sometimes the capillary refill in my leg's is slow anyway like in day to day life but when I shower it's extreme!
Should I go to the doctor about this or is it normal? Or at least nothing to be concerned about?

I recommend asking a doctor just to make sure that it isn't something serious. Be safe
ReplyHey, there could be a random person who has faced the same issue as yours so they could definitely help. But in the probable case that they don't, please seek out a doctor. 'Better to be safe than sorry' lol.
Anyway, take care!
ReplyI know that if you press on your feet and your finger leaves a physical imprint that doesn't go away in a few seconds, that can be something definitely worth looking into. Stay safe, you'll be alright :).
ReplyDo you mean swelling or like the capillary refill I mentioned? My leg's don't swell so the dent dissappears quickly after I press it. But it stays white for longer than it should meaning the colour doesn't return tidy.
ReplyLook into reynold’s syndrome. Check with your doctor just in case.
