I've been thinking for a while now. Should I consider going to a therapist? I am kinda going through a lot of stuff right now.
I feel like breaking down everyday. My hygiene is affected. I don't think I'm doing well in terms of academics.
My family is a little messed up. My sleeping schedule is messed up. I don't know what to do anymore.
I'm just 15, and I don't think I can book an appointment for myself to see a therapist. My mom also took most of my savings, so I don't know of I can afford one.
I don't want to self-diagnose. Is this still normal?

you can totally see a therapist. they're here to help in all sorts of ways, especially with what you've listed. try asking your mom about getting one! if she says no, look for some safe options online. fingers crossed for you!
