Ghosting (a question for everyone)
I have a question for you all. Have you ever ghosted someone before? If so, what was the reason? I'm very curious as to why people do this because I've always b...
You are not a burden you are a human being who like many right now are struggling with emotional Intelligence because we were terribly failed by the education system, social standards and the lack of empathy from not being authentic with ourselves and how we really feel. Please know that you are not the first person in the world to feel this way and believe me that you can feel better and millions of people before you have. :)
Reply1. It's their job to listen so you won't burden them they get paid for it.
2. If you think you need it go for it.
3. You don't know that for a fact. I doubt you're beyond help. They're there for help to declutter your thoughts and feelings emotional baggage and help you deal with them. Alot of people feel like you do. It's ok. If you were ok most likely you wouldn't have said some of those things. If you think you need to go then go see one.

ReplyI just want to make sure that you know that you never have to discuss something if you don’t want to. Therapists can make suggestions, but you don’t have to dig in deep if you don’t want to. I feel like everyone needs a therapist. Even if it’s just to always have someone that’s in your corner and has your back no matter what. It may not be love, but they do always want what’s best for you.
