I know that my life is unique like everyone else's but I choose to realise this situation unlike many maybe even the most. This realisation however, does not run in a constant state tho. Sometimes I see, literally see thoughts pushing through my veins in my head but I find it difficult to recognise what those bursts are individually. Basically there are thoughts being produced and processed in my head but I am not aware of them but I can feel their physical weight of existence. They are having their own existence and probably even having communication exchange there amongst themselves too. Then what is the outcome of this process? Do those thoughts turn into actions in reality like a form of expression? Maybe painting a picture, maybe writing something, maybe kicking something or someone. The common thing in those actions would be that it would be unconscious. This is something that needs to be organised. By that I mean it is a must for a person to realise when thoughts arise in one's mind and evaluate those thoughts and come to a realisation if not a conclusion. So when those thought turn into actions, the owner of the thoughts could say 'Hey, I know why I am writing this sentence' instead of 'Why did I say such a thing to him or her'.
The way to better this situation is thru meditation. This process eliminates mind out of the equation and makes it an element of a bodily system rather than the master of it. If there is no consciousness behind a mind, that mind is unpredictable to its owner. Possibly more importantly full of unnecessary thoughts clutter the mind and nothing quality comes out of it. An empty mind however, carries the potential of being used by consciousness for the purpose of the chosen reason of the consciousness. When the mind is empty of the clutter, it is much more efficient to deal with the information in it. This is why we need to be the master of our minds instead of being mastered by it.

I really honestly enjoyed this, it is very true and very insightful. Though I'll offer you a challenge.
Now that you understand the premise of how your own mind operates and how thoughts manifest and thus emotions, try seeing that same scenario playing out in everyone.
Some more aware, some less, some in between, some on autopilot. You're sharing this insight with some hope of inspiring someone else, so you've got the idea of compassion down. Overall, I'd say great work!
