and finally have its peace
then i want you to close your eyes
and picture a big grassy field
where the birds are chirping
and there's swaying trees
where the wind makes the grass swing in unison
as colorful flowers bloom from the deep rich soil
the golden sun shines so beautifully
onto your golden shone skin
it's springtime so the weather is calm
and there's a sweet lingering smell of honeysuckle and fresh air
that you can almost taste it with your tongue
lots of monarch butterflies dance around you
fluttering their tiny little wings
making a soft beating sound against the suns' rays
you spread your arms out against the soft grassy earth
that feeling of pure nature that surrounds your soul
waiting for you to be sound asleep
you take a deep breath of air and inhale it
slowly and heavily
like your lungs soaked up all of the surroundings
and you let that air all out
with every exhale
as a part of you becomes lost into the world
leaving a piece of you behind with every breath
until you are completely encompassed with the environment
bringing yourself into a deep sleep
where everything is at ease
and the only focused thing
is focusing on how to breathe
