From about 2 years, I have been addicted to listening songs at night, just before sleeping.
My choice of songs is very specific - either theme songs of famous movies, or epic themes like those from "Two Steps From Hell" (not promoting it). Because, these give vibes of being emotionally strong and well prepared for any upcoming stressful situation.
Just to share with the world, I mostly listen these ones in this order since last 6 months :-
6th last - Game of Thrones main Theme
5th last - Protectors of the Earth
4th last - Adagio in D Minor
3rd last - Victory (Two steps from Hell)
2nd last - Hello Zepp (From "Saw")
Final Last - In The House in a Heartbeat
After the last song, I immediately close all apps, turn phone screen-off and just sleep. I have arranged these songs in a way I feel like less epic to more epic.
The epicness of such songs make me feel like the strongest man ever in the World.
If someone have listened some these above mentioned songs, and have read this whole message, then please tell me - Do you think listening such songs just before sleep is okay or not okay for mental health ?
Does this in any way affect my sleep process ?
Thanks for reading 😊
(Right now I'm on the last 4th song - Adagio in D minor)
