Hi, I have a big exam coming up in 2 days. I’m having a lot of anxiety about it. I’m really anxious that I will fail or that I will have a panic attack during the test. I’m also anxious I’ll sleep badly the night before, which will probably happen anyway, because I normally don’t sleep well. Right now I just need someone to tell me it will be okay. That I’ll get through this, no matter what happens. But I don’t really have anyone in my life who could do that. So can someone please do that? Give me some words of reassurance? I would be eternally thankful.

Instead of having a negative outlook on this exam look at it in a positive way. There is absolutely no need to worry because of course you will get through this and be okay. Relax and change your attitude about it.
To get to sleep: if your bed has become the place where you stay awake for hours change to a different room or your lounge. Go to bed when you are tired, play relaxation music, and while breathing deeply slowly relax yourself all over. Then imagine that you are floating along in the sky on a large fluffy cloud. You are comfortable, warm, at peace, and relaxed. When interrupting thoughts enter your mind push them away and keep floating along as you listen to the music.
