I can't stress enough how important it is to learn to manage finances. I, myself, was in a lot of financial trouble for years before I finally decided to make a change. Through research and trial and error, my wife and I found a system that works for us and I'm so grateful we did. I only wish we had done it sooner.
For your current situation, it is important that you take care of the things you HAVE TO HAVE first. You'll want to focus on paying for your housing, transportation, food, and utilities. For food, try cooking inexpensive meals at home as opposed to eating out.
With no money coming in, you probably can't pay your existing debts at the moment. If the money you've borrowed came from others, you've probably also got them in a bind financially as well so it's understandable that they are asking for their money. For now, all you can do is assure them that you will pay them back when you can.
Your next focus, of course, will be to get a job. I'm not sure of your location but I can tell you that in my area, and in all areas across the US (according the news reports I've seen), there are an unbelievable number of entry level jobs open. In some cases, companies are even paying hiring bonuses. Something like that could give you a quick boost. I would recommend getting a job and, if it doesn't suit you, try keeping it until you can find something better. This is the only way you'll have money coming in.
Once you start working, I strongly urge you to learn about money management. In this, you can create a budget, still assign money to do fun things in your life, but also put money away for emergency situations like these. Additionally, you probably won't need to borrow money from others.
If your family has been struggling financially for as long as you can remember, it's easy to understand that they wouldn't have, or couldn't have really, taught you such a thing. Just know that you don't have to suffer financially forever, yourself. You can manage your finances and do better for yourself.
Get a job, take care of those living expenses, learn money management, and be sure to pay back your old debts when you can. This is the best advice I can give.
I know how horrible life can be when struggling financially as I was in a pit myself many, many years ago. It won't be fun, it's not quick and easy, but it will be worth it in the long run and one day you'll be like me looking back at the time you made a change and you'll be so glad you did.
Good Luck!
