I was talking to one of my friends yesterday. I told her " I hate it when I cant get things done. Like example when i want to take a shower i will take my clothes and just lay down on the floor for one hour and do NOTHING. " My friend just look at me, gave me a weird look and say " Whattttt. I dont think that is normal." I am so confused, am I the only one who experience it!?
Oh and I have been having trouble paying attention to things. Example, during class when my teacher is teaching, I will not be able to focus. I will look around and just not pay attention. When doing my homework, I know how to do it but I just cant get myself to write it out.
I talked to more of my friends and all of their answer are the same " Yeah it is just you."
Is this normal?? Am I the only one who experience this?

You may have ADHD. This is called executive dysfunction.
Replyyou aren’t the only one. i get this so much it’s really frustrating. ive been looking into adhd because i really think i could have it. sometimes i feel like i can’t move, my brains telling me to do all these tasks but i’m just kinda frozen because i don’t know what to do first. my mind wanders off all the time in conversations, i’m struggling in school because i can never focus. social skills are awful and ofc the raging anxiety which makes me scared to leave my house. honestly ur not alone, look into adhd, maybe you’ll see some similarities in urself and that can be a possibility of getting an answer :)
Replycould be dyslexia too, as i have this. i have trouble focusing and doing things too. i feel anxious until it gets done. dont feel rubbish about yourself, you are only human. get this checked out.
