I want to smack someones head rn. I'm being accused of something I didn't do and won't hear my side. I'm really running out of patience.

Communication helps
ReplyHonestly I’m not the best person to be giving advice but I’ll try cause same. Oh my goodness I’ve got terrible control over my own anger BUT- one thing I find that does help is so simple and it sounds stupid. But just take a step back, take a few deep breaths, think about the bigger picture- try and decipher if you’ll still be mad about this in a few hours time. Then see if that helps at all. That’s what works for me… sometimes. It’s worth a try
ReplyBreathing exercises help and music. It's not easy I struggle with this too.
ReplyHit on the wall and it will hurt. Doing so you'll get calmed down. I do it all the time. My grandma always accuses me of taking her money and her gold ornaments while I'm not a thief, I have no use of money cuz I never hang out, my mom buys things for me, I never go to her room, I never leave my room and if left goes straight to kitchen and comes back. She doesn't like girl kids which is actually the cause of accusing. Yeah and my mind always tells me to just push her down the window or the staircase or smth and just kill her. But I can't cuz I don't want to go to jail. The way to calm myself is to hit the wall or if you got cardboard that too would work. Hitting the accuser or trying to kill them or shout at them requires energy. Let's not waste our energy on unnecessary things.
