So i have a math exam next week. In the same week i also have 2 other big tests on other subjects. I'm not really good at anything. So now i start to stress out. I'm afraid to fail because than I'm going to disappoint myself and my parents and i might be taken out from this math class (to a lower level). Now every question i try to solve i just fail, i lost all my motivation. I have no idea how to continue..

it seems strange how something as simple (or not) as stomach bacteria can make the difference between life or death the difference between moods...
Sounds like the pressure has made you get some kind of brain fog! Don't you worry! You are in the set for a reason so you know you can do it. Try and get organised with your revision. If you feel like you're struggling ask your teacher to go through things thats making you confused. Being organised is key. Try and set yourself away from your social life and social media for the week and let your brain recharge fully and focus on the work.
These test are badly structured. I remember when I was in school having 4 exams in one week. It was so stressful when it didnt need to be. The teachers want you to pass so if you need any extra help as them :)
ReplyYou feel overwhelmed and a lot of pressure, that's totally normal. But try putting those aside. If you're struggling with math you can watch videos on the subject, ask teachers, ask people in your class, or anyone that you know could help you. It's okay to ask for help. And really don't worry about failing. It's just gonna hold you back. Just do your best and believe in yourself, that's all you need. You still have a week, nothing's done yet.
I believe in you.
