I really love musical theatre and just the theatre in general but I have almost no skills in the performing arts and no qualifications in them either- I'm better with maths and computers. I wondered if there any way I could get a job where I can help theatre productions backstage with digital-related matters, but the only thing I know of is technician-work which tends to require physical strength/height I don't have and pay quite low, which my parents would probably not approve of. If anyone has any answers for these questions I'd much appreciate it:
1. Could I still work as a technician despite being quite short?
2. Are there any other jobs related to technology in theatre?
3. Should I just give up?
Thank you.
