things i want to do.....and things that are most likely gonna happen..

so i got into a dental undergrad when i wanted to get into med undergrad course....
but as of now the things i wanna do as a nineteen year old is....
1. travel to a new place
2. learn a new language just because i enjoy doing it so
3. come to a healthy shape that i want in my body( only realistic one ofcourse)
4. kill my fear of driving a bike...(i cant afford a car...but driving a two wheeler on a heavy traffic road seems sooo impossible for me...i have great anxiety towards it)
5. excel in my studies( idk by loosing med i feel just lost)
6. i wanna be able to talk freely with people without shying away and withiout creating my own fake narrative about them...which is sooo hard since i overthink and over analyze alot( makes me want to cry)
7. i dont wanna come off as a fool in front of my peers, relatives or anyone....i just feel stupid...i Certainly dont wanto live like that
things that are likely to happen,...
1. i will have to continue in dental...even if i write my entrance once again nothing will come out of it...
2. i might get depressed half way through working towards my goal....and start overeating due to my emotions
3. i might be an average in studies again...
4. i might never be able to drive that vehicle due to my fears
5. be a introvertly fool for ever in life...(i really dont wanna be that...even the thought makes me want to throw up)
ive always been very good in my studies...but after i failde in my 1st entrance test and then took a year off to give it again...then failde at it agin...thought of giving again but scared ,that decision was never made and only arguments took place....now ive lost all my hope...im a bit scared..its really hard to get up in the morning, im countinusely on youtube to avoid the life situations that are taking place right now....
if any of you could be kind enough to give me suggestion that would be really helpful....

I've been raised in a family where their ideology is ladies must do all the work with men with all the minimalists. I remember being in year5, my mum telling me...
The things that are likely to happen are all negative! Why is this? You seem to be wanting things to go badly for you. Please rewrite this list and replace all things with positive and good things. Write it like this: 1. It is good that I will have to continue in dental.
2. I will NOT get depressed and start over eating again while working towards my goal.
3. I will be a great student in studies.
4.I know I will be able to drive that vehicle and am looking forward to it.
5. Not be a fool for life but be a success.
ReplyAll the best. The most important question to ask yourself is do you believe in yourself? If your answer is yes then nothing in the world can stop you from what you want. You know you'll get it. Don't let anything come between your goals and stop you from pursuing it. Once you are determined, you'll do your best. And even if you can't reach it, you've already tried your best. I cannot even think of dental and I'm gonna give my entrance again to get in medicine. I cannot say 100% but I'm sure I'll give my 100% because I wanna be a doctor and I love human body. When I lose hope I just look how badly I love it and wanna learn more about it. So get that drive inside you, find it or create it, but that drive is gonna help you. You'll get through this!
