i have everything basic here. A family , a school and a friend.
i could easily do what I'm expected to in the future, get good grades at school, complete a major at a university and get a job.
but i don't want my life to be this, i never wanted to be here. i keep dreaming of a whole new life in a completely different country. I want a different identity than what i have today. am i crazy to think all this?
I'm young and my parents would agree to send me off to the country. if i'd ask them to, but will life there be like what i dream of? will i be accepted in the new society? will i be able to accomplish what i want to ?
I'm afraid i'll be treated like an outsider there, but i want to assimilate into their society and be called as one of their own( I have studied a lot about the language, culture, environment, politics and history of that place, so i think, after a few months of living there, i'll look be one of them .moreover, in a few years of living and working there, ill get a citizenship. but i still have my doubts)
what i actually want to know is , am i crazy for thinking this way? does anyone else feels what i do?and is this right?
i neither want to spend a life with the identity i hate, nor i want to spend it doing something crazy and impossible. please help me out.

If the country you want to go to is Australia and you go to Sydney you will be called a wog and a dago. If you are Italian you will be called a ding and an Itie. If you are Asian and you could be told to tie a shoe lace around your eyes, called a slope, a plate face, and be insulted. You can be called names and be no matter where you are from. It looks like the Australian government is bringing in all sorts of foreigners to populate the country and phasing out the British descendants. But there are still many of them in the country so it is up to you.
