can someone give me tips on how to present well even when you're under pressure? Because i am always nervous before but ever since covid start, I became even more nervous and my voice sound shaky too. Before covid, its only my body that's shaking. Helpp i just want to graduate peacefully lol. I think my life would become much easier if I don't have this problem.

it sounds like anxiety to be honest so u could try talking to a therapist or u could try build ur confidence more so u can be less nervous infront of people but thats a long journey
ReplyPractice at home by writing speeches and saying them at different times to your family and even friends. I made a speech and looked at the tops of the people's heads so that I wouldn't notice them.
ReplyPrepare. But also don’t overthink too much beforehand about delivery and all the fine details. Unnecessarily worrying can make you overthink about things that shouldn’t need to be thought of! When in reality it will go fast and smoothly. Don’t ovethink before about the actual presentation. Jsut focus on writing your content. Good lucks xxx
