why is it so hard for me I can either eat the food my parents spent what little money we have on and cry about it all night and workout as soon as I get up the next day or I can throw it away and be happy with me eating but upset I wasted it and we all know if it goes in the fridge there gonna ask why I worked out so much and didn't eat anything and I'm not ready for that

Please take what you want from this or ignore it.
You probably don’t like when people watch or pointing out your eating behaviors especially it getting noticed my your parents. So I’m proud of you (even if you’re a stranger) I’m proud you came here a wrote down what you’re feeling. Despite how alone you may feel now in your eating there are people who care about you and want to help you get better even if they don’t know it yet or speculating why you’re not eating. You’re not alone you came here you looked for advice.
When the time comes they do ask or when you choose to talk about it just be honest. Be honest of what is happening how you feel and with that tell them ask them how they can help you. From not saying anything that could possibly trigger you to what can make you close up to them. Let them know you shouldn’t recover alone seek the support you want from them to help you get better. Once you gain positive support I believe I hope things can turn around for you.
