Paranoid

I am getting paranoid with every little thing i'm doing and it's driving me nuts. I have this feeling that people judge me negatively when they see me doing the smallest thing. I don't know how to explain it. I question how anonymous these sites are and if someone i know is able to read my post and figure out who i am.
