There's 2 opportunities in front of me now. One is the job I really want and I'm scheduled for my final interview but my problem is that the commute is difficult, I'll be spending a lot for my transportation allowance. The other one, although I enjoy doing, it is not that fulfilling like the first one, I just had my initial interview with this company but the commute is easy and I will not spend much on transportation. I don't know. ๐๐๐

If your letting a difficult commute be the one thing you canโt get past maybe ask yourself if you really want the position or if that want you still want for your future.
ReplyMaybe negotiate a higher pay out of them and cite your other offer having a better commute. Iโd try that to get the one you really want deep down
ReplyYour first priority, if you can manage this, is to have both opportunities before you at the same time so that you can choose. Don't assume that if you turn down the first opportunity that the second one will be offered. Reduce the expense for transportation from the income you expect and compare the 2 opportunities in this way. Then, follow your instincts which is the your total intelligence.
