I'm about to get ready to go to the pool, and I'm really nervous. My legs are shaking just because I'm so nervous. I like my body, but I think my legs are too big! I'm scared because I'm afraid my swimsuit is too revealing.. I'm wearing a one-piece, but still! I'm afraid people are gonna judge me about my legs in their thoughts. When I walk towards the pool and there's people sitting at benches, I'm literally hyperventilating and mumbling to myself thinking that everyone's looking at me. I wanna workout harder, but how do I be more confident in myself!? I'm so scared but I really wanna go to the pool because I love swimming.

When did you hit your rock bottom?
Could you come out of it? If so then how. And if you're at your rock bottom like me, hold on, I'm with you too!...

mistakes
every person makes mistakes and i learn from them and i never want to repeat those mistakes still why i feel anxious and low with my life. at some point in life...
Why do you care what people think? Go out there and have fun! Ya know my legs have always been bigger. A lot of people prefer that anyways.
ReplyThank you! I went and I really had fun!
ReplyGo to the pool! Have fun! I don't really think people are staring at your legs anyway. My legs are ginormous and that hasn't stopped me. You like your body, you said? Good! Your body isn't anyone else's business.
ReplyI did! I don't regret going and I'm happy. Thank you!
ReplyTell your anxiety that it’s illogical is what I did, and eventually I started to ignore it. I pretend it’s my anxiety is a heckler and it makes it easier for me to go “yeah yeah, go bother someone else”
ReplyThat's a good idea. I think that'll work for me. Thanks!
ReplyHave you ever asked a friend to tell to the truth about your appearance? Someone who you can trust to tell you what you need to hear and not what you want to hear?
It's OK to have the feelings you have, but if they are not grounded in reality then there is no point in believing them right? So let's get some facts and not what "you believe" and go from there. You will have some guidance on the best way to handle it.
