ReplyWhat I find helpful is to race lol. And I imagine that I'm in some sort of contest which in addition to the time limit, also has an efficiency test. So, it makes me work fast as well as do it in a way which isn't too rough and actually helps my body. Set an alarm and try to get shit done before it starts ringing. Don't forget about ensuring the effectiveness!
