Sometimes I sit and think to myself that I'm just nothing.
I'm not suicidal or anything, but the feeling in trying to explain is so...peculiar.
Have you ever felt a small buzz in your chest? the type you get before a panic attack or before you go on a slightly overwhelmingly huge rollercoaster.
That's what I have now.
I'm sat on my bed typing this whilst listening to music that makes me feel.
I'm trying to avoid the buzz as it worries me.
What does it mean?
It feels like its containing me, like I'm a blink away from tears or some form of excitement.
Everyone else is asleep and I'm awake.
How do I distract myself? Is it a manic episode?

Do you have anyone that you can text or call?
ReplyI used to get those, it's probably tje excessive energy in your body that is not letting you relax. I did two things to fix that.
First is i would lock my phone away before dinner and set my alarm on a actual alarm clock that i bought.
Second is i go to the gym now so any form of physical exercise helps in a big way
