Work crush advice

Okay so basically this coworker at my job and i flirt all the time then he asked me if i had a ride home and my dad picks me up especially when it’s super late like it was that day so i said that i do have a ride and he says okay. then about 10 minutes later he asks me again if i have a ride and i say yes again and he goes “okay just double checking” then a few seconds of silence and he goes “can u just tell ur dad i’ll drive u home” and to clear things up my parents are VERY strict about boys they would never let me. so now i’m considering the next shift we have together should i tell my dad that my friend ( a girl that they haven’t met before) is driving me home and they shouldn’t worry (i hate hate hate hate lying to my parents) then actually let him drive me home or do i just let it go? (I REALLY WANT HIM TO DRIVE ME HOME BUT IM SCARED)
