I stucked in between my mind and overthinking. I know what I'm doing is not good for me, I really wanna do the right thing for my future. In night I sheduled my tomorrow what I'm gonna do but next day it all waste. In night again I regret for my wasteful day.
Help me how get out from this. How to make my day useful for my future?

Have s*x..!! Trust me it helps...!! Think of it whole day and wait for it to happen . Then do it again.. Repeat
ReplyU know I have come to realize that the only way you'll get things done is by just starting to do them ... for instance you are a student you made a nice study plan for tomorrow but then tomorrow you woke up quite late and in this guilt now what usually people do is they will even waste the remaining time of the day they have left with them ... so just utilize what you have left because that something is atleast better than nothing . Also I think another thing you should consider is that while making the schedule we feel overly energetic and most of the time end up setting unrealistic targets for ourselves and that will ultimately lead you to not being able to do it and then there you will be again being sad about it , so try making schedule of the things firstly that are doable and not unrealistic... also it is difficult to change in a day so start taking small steps even one at a time is enough ... and what else you can do is notice the things that ultimately leads you to not doing what you want and whenever you try doing those things again just remember the guilt you will feel afterwards and hopefully you will stop ... also noone is perfect so it is ok to mess up sometimes but don't quit trying.... Though I am not an expert or anything but I hope this will help💜
