We got our Florence from a rescue shelter. Apparently she had been wormed. Fast forward a month and she started pooping around the house then one day we found worms in her poop. Took her to the vets and they wormed her again. Fast forward another month and it started again today. I'm working away from home and my partner has taken her back and I'm heart broken. We had another cat last year named Ralph who tragically got hit by a car and died so we decided that this time Florence would be a house cat. I'm hurting now because my partner told me she couldn't deal with it and has taken the cat and all the cats belongings to the vet and once the cat is better she will be re homed. My partner messaged me on the way to the vet saying "I'm taking Florence to a vet in the neighbouring town" at that I assumed she was willing to get the vet to sort the problem out and we would get the cat back. She should have chosen her wording better. I'm angry and heart broken. I never even got to say goodbye. I'm lay in my hotel crying while writing this. Florence in in a strange place yet again. Just heartbroken

Go to the vet yourself and pick up your cat. Tell your partner to speak with CLARITY and then dump that stupid bitch for being useless.
ReplyDeworming takes persistence. We had a cat named Neko Tama (after the Yu Yu Hakusho character) and he had ringworm, worms -- you name it. We not only wormed his drinking water daily, we bought a antifungal shampoo and washed him and his quarantine bedding once a week.
After a month, he was good to go and we've had him for six years now!
