Opening up, and why I didn't want to.

(Just a bit of a rant, perhaps we could all relate to together?)

Hello there, internets. I hope you're doing okay.

So, recently I have thought about being open about my mind's health. I haven't been ready to admit it. I have some problems with anxiety, sometimes concentrating (I often procrastinate), I hate being in public, especially in crowds, I hate being seen. The list goes on.

But- I'm just really mad that people use this as a trend. You get these morons on "Tik Tok" or whatever the hell it is, all using it as a personality. They're all like "Ooh depression, social anxiety, ADHD, so quirky and different!" To those who think this, just. SHUT the shit up. Please.

Pardon my French, but people like this? They make it hard for people, whether it's me, yourself, or somebody you know, who actually has something wrong? Feeling depressed or something else? It makes it hard for us to come out, as we may feel like people will judge us, and think of us as just another one of these "actors".

It's so fricking common. I have literally seen posts with MILLIONS of likes, that even ask people about "Your favorite disorder you have?". ?? What the fuck did you just?.. Hub, grab the kids. We're leaving this planet.. (Can't afford a spaceship so nevermind-)

Disorders are the worst. They are a curse curse. Actual 'sane' people hate them. I want my anxiety and fear gone, forgotten in history. A forgotten chapter. IT'S NOT A PERSONALITY!

I hate the internet sometimes. Don't you? :l

I'm going to be taking some things to help, as well as distractions. Things like reading, or writing really help me. I'm planning on having some published stories sometime. Even considering writing some goofy stories for children to enjoy.

Trying to put a more positive outlook in life. I might consider also getting a more public job, and learning to interact properly with people, without panicking and literally shaking and sweating for once. I would love to get rid of that.

Well everyone, that was my rant. As I've said, perhaps some of you guys can relate to this? I'm definitely not the only one who can, that's for sure.

Stay blessed, hope you get a good rest, and I wish you the very best. <3

You should be so proud of yourself for opening up. I am proud of you. Even when it is a struggle to just get out of bed, or you're worried about going to your local shop because of the fear, the anxiety - just know that I am more proud of you than you know - we all are! People do use it as a trend, a personality because they don't understand what it is like to have to live like that. They don't have those worries and are just trying to relate to others but not in a sensitive way! I hope you have a great day and we are all so proud of you
