So I am kinda struggling in maintaining balance between my heath and my studies ... when I start Getting into fitness doing workouts and going on a diet it is basically the only thing I can think about ... and then it worsly affects my studies ... For background I am doing a professional course and it requires for me to study atleast 8 hours daily ... at the moment I try doing more because my exam is in May... but I am certainly not happy with the way I look and it's not only bassed on my thoughts but I have actually gained quite a lot and now I am on overweight side according to my BMI .. when I start doing workouts and everything I feel this guilt that I could've used that time for my studies instead but when I am only doing my studies I feel this sense of being unhealthy and overweight while my siblings are fasting or working out or doing all the good things for themselves to get back in shape ... obviously there is a difference in their scenarios and mine but still I can't help but feel this way .... Previously I have tried intermittent fasting on multiple times in these past 3 or 4 years but I am not really sure that it is suiting me firstly because Everytime I did it after some time of doing it I will get sick pretty badly and then I'll have to stop doing it .. along with it when I am in fasting state I get pretty bad headaches and that makes it difficult for me to do any other tasks ... Also there wasn't any change in my weight even though I did it for months ... so I am not sure if there is something that I am doing wrong or it's just simply not for me ... so I would really appreciate any sort of advice if you have on how I can get back in shape without having to compromise with my studies and mental health...
