I stop college in 1 yr and now I just Currently finish the 1st yr course I take. But I can't pursue this more, I'm exhausted on this course, because I've never want it. And now thinking to shift course, but my intelligent capacity is not enough to succeed in entrance exam. I am just good in creative stuff. I'm an artist, and career that I want is inclined with it.
Should I really pursue my dreams? I'm afraid to failed again.

If you are walking away from a scholarship and/or losing a bunch of money by foregoing college then I would talk with the school about options to postpone. If not then pursue alternatives and use failure as an opportunity to learn and grow. Nothing ventured, nothing gained as the saying goes.
