So I have been feeling really low lately unable to focus. I have my exams coming up and barely studying. I am more distracted and spending time watching youtube, scrolling.
I want to change. T start this new routine for few days and fall back to getting distracted and fighting with my boyfriend and wasting my time doing nothing. I want to be the highest version of myself but always fall off track

its hard to feel unproductive, and blaming yourself for poor decisions will decrease self esteem.
you can force yourself to work, but thats just a plaster
you must change the attitude in order to change your behavious.
firstly, don't berate yourself when you make the wrong choices - because you will make them. Accept them, and remind yourself of your successes - the five minutes you focused for, the one page you read.
its small steps.
tell yourself you want to work, want to succeed. you also want to watch and scroll. so, that will happen in a few minutes. first, im going to read just one page, just the next five minutes.
see what happens.
