But what if I told you that I only left because you changed. Not for the better. You lost all respect for your family and I. No you weren't the same. You went out for your stupid parties, and got all drunk, all your friends were too drunk to drop you so I had to pick you up. You got louder and more mad, feared that you would become abusive, and you had. But I never told a soul, because deep down I cared. After you came home from college, you went out getting high, doing things that you promised you wouldn't ever do. You and I had a life planned, but it ended shortly. The dreams we had couldn't come true, no, not while you're like this. I cried for you, because after all I've done for you.

Everyone asked if I was fine, I've changed too. I said yes. They asked me if you're doing alright and I said yes, because you told me not to tell or you'd do something to me. They asked me if I was happy. I said yes. They asked me if we were getting married and I stuttered but always said yes.

No, none of them know we broke up. You're not afraid, neither do you care for what you've done. Drugs and your drinks took over and I let them.
