i feel like im not good enough. i really try but i always come short. My dad is always yelling at me to do things but he doesn't understand that i have homework i need to do. School is even worse. i wanna cry almost everyday. All my teachers are too strict and i don't understand what were doing half the time. And the teachers never explain, they just want to give you the tests. i don't know what to do anymore. i feel too dumb, too ugly. i wanna be like my friends, beautiful and smart. i wanna give up right now

You're already very strong for being where you are. I know life sometimes feels like sh1t, everything is so confusing and it all happens so fast, everyone seems better that you. I truly understand. I know it's a huge burden and it makes you exhausted all the time. But please, don't give up on yourself. If I knew who you are, I'd give you the support you deserve. Being a stranger, I'd just like to let you know that you can beat this, you can get through this. I truly hope you find peace and happiness
Replythank you
ReplySometimes parents dont understand and that sucks. I know it doesn't sound nice but I learned to be very independent. When my teachers didn't teach me I researched and learned independently. Its a bit harder but its much more sufficient for life. and NEVER EVER compare yourself to other people. If you think you have insecurities then everyone else does. We are all in this together and we can never exploit that.
ReplyDon't give up. Ask teachers for one on one tutoring either from the teachers or from the teacher's A students. For your dad, you should most definitely explain your school situation to him; hopefully you can agree to a 30 minute time slot to help him so you don't get pulled away from your homework too long. Best of luck.
Courtesy notice: the following includes a reference to a book that contains writings over 2000 years old which are mostly parables about human nature, both vile human nature as well as moral human nature, parables that are meant to teach us to learn and grow, including the teachings of Christ Jesus. No religion required, and better yet: no public displays of devotion required, although the former and latter are admirable if practiced freely out of one's own free will and without the threat of being beheaded. Some bullies will label this "trolling", so "change the channel" now if of no interest to you.
1 Thessalonians 5:11
Therefore encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing.
Mark 12:28-31
And Christ Jesus said the 2 greatest commandments are:
Love God first and foremost.
Love your fellow-being as you love yourself.
From following or not following these, all good or evil cascades, respectively.
Love...that powerful, invisible, intangible force that cannot be denied; even atheists live and die by it.
And since death is the only guarantee in life, Mary, Mother of Christ, intercede for us with your prayers, now, and at the hour of our death.
