I recently had my first novel published. I got laid off by my employer due to budget cuts. I have no money to give my family a decent Christmas. My mother is working 12 hours a day and I fear she will work this way till she dies. I have a student debt of $750 that I can't figure out how to pay off. I can't get my university certificate without paying. I have a BSc in Biochemistry and Genetics and a Postgraduate Certificate in Education but no certificates to prove this. If I pay this off I can work as a high school teacher. I know it seems like a small amount but that's in US currency. I live in a third-world country and that's a lot of money here. Although the book has been published there is no guarantee that it will sell copies.
I never thought I'd be at the point where I ask strangers on the internet for help. But is there anyone out there? Are you going through the same things? Can you help?

Do you have Facebook or other social media? Best advice I can tell you is set up a go fund me account. They don't really allow people to ask for money here. Sorry about your luck I understand times are tough. Maybe it'll get better.
