Hi there,
I know life is really hard right now, especially this time of year. You are a beautiful person and in the midst of the suffering, know in your deepest self that you're going to make it :)
Also, I have an encouraging thing for you. Find 1 thing to focus on that is positive, uplifting, or enriching to your life. This isn't just to "grin and bear it," because we all know that doesn't work. But it's simply to give yourself a tidbit of hope. Hope is what Christmas is all about, no matter what situation you are in. Hopefully this message inspires you to reach for that hope.
Snowflakes under a microscope is a nice little positive thing to explore.
If you're in the wrong about anything, asking the person/people for forgiveness would be a great Christmas gift to receive. If you're feeling angry, loosening your grip on that might be a good idea, and replacing it with doing things that will make yourself and others happy. If you're confused or lost, sitting down for a while to think about where life is going and where you're headed might help bring some clarity. If you're experiencing loss of any sort, I am so sorry for your loss. Take the time you need to heal, and be kind to yourself in the process. If you're feeling hopeless, know that hope is never lost, just might appear hidden for a while.
Thank you for reading. Love and prayers to you.

I appreciate your post. Me and my brother got into a bad physical fight. I have to go to work with a black eye. I'm not sure how to forgive my brother. Rn we are sitting in the same room. All I can feel is anger
ReplyThank you for sharing this. Sounds like a rough situation. As for forgiveness, if you don't know how, that's ok. The main thing is that you just simply do, even in the face of it making no sense. You can be the one to set the example of love. It's noble and inspiring and freeing and it's exactly what each of you need. Forgiveness by Matthew West is a good song for this kind of thing, check it out if you have some time :)
