we are more than friends, but less than lovers. i want you to know how in love with you i am, how i want to kiss you even when we aren’t drunk, how i love buying you new jewellry, how i love you braiding my hair and lending me your clothes, how i want you to be mine. i don’t know if you feel the same way, but i’m a coward and can’t bring myself to confess to you because i don’t want to risk our friendship. so i’ll take what i can get, because having you as a friend is better than not having you at all.
