I just want you to know that it was never your fault and you didn't deserve what happened to you, but I want you to know that you're finally getting the help you needed and for that you should be proud of yourself. No matter how hard it was in that moment you're still alive.

PS. You met your bf at 19 who is your entire world. Remember that love we always hoped to fine one day? Well we found it and in order for it to last YOU have to work on yourself. 2024 is the year you bring yourself back, because I've missed that little girl so much, also do you remember that safe place you always craved? You have that as well and although it seems like its not improved, it is and I AM SO PROUD OF YOU!!!!
