GM, what makes u insecure about ur house!? Just so I can advice u better
ReplyIt's more of traditional setup than a modern setup .I also do have a lot of animals too . My walls are kinda dirty but I dunno if we'll get them painted this year (maybe we will) and its not really aesthetic. Even though I wanna turn it aesthetic , I might move next year for college so it might might be waste of money to decorate my room when I'm eventually gonna leave.
ReplyI feel u so much bc Im ashamed of my own compare 2 friends. Why dont u go to someone elses house? or a public place so u are more comfortable??
Replyi have a function at my house so idk anymore
ReplyAssuming you're in your last year of high school with a job and some close friends in the same boat, maybe consider splitting the cost of a beach house or B&B for a day or weekend if that is available in your area. Bonus if parents are willing to pitch in. If parents are angry about it maybe reconsider, I know not every parent is chill and okay with their 17/18 year olds all spending the night together at some rented house. I do have to give the obligatory avoid underage drinking and sneaking around parents advice, safety matters. Anyways, you could always invite people to an activity too, like an arcade, bowling, amusement park, etc. Or if you did want to stick with your house, be prepared to scrub down those walls, mop and sweep, do some redecorating, put up the animals when guests are over, do your best to eliminate odor, and make the best out of a lint roller and vacuum. It would be a lot of work, I'm no stranger to having animals and a messy house, but it would be worth it if your classmates at your home is the experience you truly want. Good luck :)
