Focus your mind away from these thoughts. Turn the negatives into energy you can use for other priorities. Theres nothing wrong in being thankful for you have at all. Perhaps keep a journal noting the day and date when this mood is at it's worse. There may be a pattern you recognize which triggers you.
ReplyYes you should 100% stop.
No matter what is going on out in the world or even in your household.
Your feelings will always be valid.
You need to feel things in order to work through them, it’s a process.
You are allowed to feel (big or small) for a situation no matter the size.
A small situation may give you big feeling and that’s okay they are still valid.
Sometimes the best thing to do is just feel.
Feel everything, listen to your heart, don’t listen to your mind.
You got this but please stop disregarding your feelings because there are other problems in the world.
Your world is most important

ReplyStart validating yourself, we know there are people have big problems than us. But they are not us dear. What you're feeling, prioritize it. Dont be guilty because you feel down, we are just humans and being emotional is in our nature.
