It's been nearly two months since I've seen him. I'm sure he's found someone by now, which would explain the absence. Yes, wrestling season might be coming to a...

Chloe, my crush...
--to Chloe, the most adorable 23yo Japanese-American girl, from a 30yo French-Italian-German dude-- I don't know you as well as I'd like, but I do know I have...
I used to like a women who also worked at the gym when we were in our early 20s. I was immature and simped a lot over her. In reality she was just attractive and nice to me; she like everyone else is nothing special.
ReplyWhen I was about 7-10 yrs old. I was in the YMCA summer program. We were supposed to be napping & the lights were off. It was dark & a boy was next to me. We started conversing & I even sang a little tune for him. He told me I had a beautiful voice. I had a crush on him so this made my day. As nice as he was with the lights off, when they came on. He couldn’t believe that I was the girl he was laying next to. I knew he thought I was ugly. He literally was in shock & said I’m not the same girl. He walked off & never spoke to me again. At least thats all of the memory I remember…
ReplyThat´s awful.
He was clearly into you through personality.
But to throw it away over looks is just wrong.
ReplyI had a crush on a boy at my church. I don't really remember when or why I liked him, but I believe that I just thought he was cute. It was when I was younger and more naive, so I became unhealthily obsessed with him even though we never even spoke. I didn't know what his personality was like or what he was interested in. All I knew was that he played basketball. He had a girlfriend at the time too, yet I somehow didn't care and continued to like him anyway. One day they suddenly broke up and homecoming was coming up, and I thought it would've been a good idea to ask him as a friend. Of course, he made up an excuse and said no. Later on, I overhear him talking about it with some friends at church while we practice a song. I learned a lesson that day.
ReplyAt least you had the courage- I could never.
That is so rough though as to how it ended up.
ReplyYeah, but it's okay. I kind of needed a wake-up call anyway. It really did help to shape me into the person I am today.
I really appreciate you're response as well. I feel a little less embarrassed about it as of today.
ReplyYeah, I get that. Everyone has that one embarrassing story they just can't seem to get rid of.
I am really glad you shared <3
