I ask this question a lot before when I was in my younger years.
What I can answer from experience: try to stop thinking negatively about almost everything, you have to make an effort in your life, to the people around you. Others will reciprocate fairly but others--well, a lot are selfish too, but you go on with life. With the validation: I don't think no one really perfected how to not really care (we still have to have some propriety especially living in society) but yeah, sometimes you just have to not give a fuck. Find a balance in both. 😐
ReplyBe your own person. Do what makes you happy and forget about everyone else. You have not got to follow the crowd. Try new things, explore new places, experience what this world has to offer and you'll meet friends with similar interests along the way. Take up a new hobbie, try something new that YOU want to do. Don't do anything just because it's what somebody else wants or expects of you. Be your own person, you are enough x
