Every time I get the feeling I need to make a post, life proves that it gets better. While it doesn’t feel good when the bad stuff happens, at least the waters calm down after a decently short amount of time.
For me, music has been an ally all along. What I need is non-stop music playing all the time I’m awake, and leave it playing in my room even if I have to take a break to eat and socialize.
I know you be feeling like some days or sometimes you don’t want to do anything, I don’t know how to help though, for real... let’s not be hypocritical and pretend we can help people with simple care from afar, but yeah... to me, leaving something on the background all day while I go do other stuff, not having to worry about pausing or unpausing, has been the way to cope with things and not be stuck in my mind.

You know what, no one actual need typical help physically rather all of us seeks for some ears to listen what our heart feel. Just by listening someone can actually help that person. So yeah, may be you don't think that you can't solve others problem but prefer lending sometime to others heart. It feels good.
ReplyThanks for sharing. For you it's music, for others it might be white noise, or the city bustle, or a cool breeze through a window. We should all searching for that relaxing thing. Best of luck.
Courtesy notice: the following includes a reference to a book that contains writings over 2000 years old which are mostly parables about human nature, both vile human nature as well as moral human nature, parables that are meant to teach us to learn and grow, including the teachings of Christ Jesus. No religion required, and better yet: no public displays of devotion required, although the former and latter are admirable if practiced freely out of one's own free will and without the threat of being beheaded. Some bullies will label this "trolling", so "change the channel" now if of no interest to you.
1 Thessalonians 5:11
Therefore encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing.
Mark 12:28-31
And Christ Jesus said the 2 greatest commandments are:
Love God first and foremost.
Love your fellow-being as you love yourself.
From following or not following these, all good or evil cascades, respectively.
Love...that powerful, invisible, intangible force that cannot be denied; even atheists live and die by it.
Mary, Mother of Christ, intercede for us with your prayers, now, and always.
And after our worst deeds - never forget God forgives us when we repent through Christ Jesus.
