Reply😓 they are and they've been my fave since was in grade school and now I'm an adult. Nothing changed and they are still the best.! But yeah, no, I have to start to be really conscious of what I put inside my body because obesity and heart problems are not a joke. ☝️👍

I eat fairly healthy, but I eat just enough junk that I notice the effects.
Not gonna have this metabolism forever.
ReplyI'm so bad with junk food. I feel you on this. Try replacing them with something else that is similar but maybe not as bad for you. M+Ms=dark chocolate, Pringles=Baked Lays, Strawberry Juice=Orange Juice with pulp for extra nutrients, Chips ahoy=make homemade oatmeal chocolate chip, etc. YOU GOT THIS. Every change is hard and small, listen to your body and don't give up :)
