Ok so I have been messing my whole sleep schedule.
I know I should not .
It's so bad that I want to talk to someone

Last six months my life has been upside down.
And all the credits goes to me I ain't blaming anyone.
But this sucks .
Too much.
I know it's bad what I'm doing.

I don't know what shit I have been into .
Last six months I have the worst i could do and I'm fed up ..
I want something to focus on
To keep myself healthy.

Emotional done .
Stress of future.
And the other things.
Studies.
Competition
The travelling alone..
The anixety.
The depression
The shit people doing bad things
Literally harassing me .
I'm done .
It's almost a month.
I got holidays
And I have been in my house no where else
It's very bad ..
Im fed up of people.my own family.
The overthinking.
The whole shit.
Then this phone .
Whole days on this
I have like 8+ 10+ screen time.
